👩💻 About The Role:
As the Head of Sales at Flower, you will have an important role in shaping and driving our commercial success. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead and inspire a team of Sales Executives and Partner Managers to achieve ambitious sales targets and deliver exceptional results. You will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall commercial goals.
As we are operating in a fast-paced and innovative environment, your tasks will vary over time, and enjoying cross-collaboration with people in other teams will be key to figuring out the best solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute Flower’s sales strategy to drive growth, enter new geographical markets, enter new products, and meet revenue goals.
Drive commercial success for innovative solutions and structures, iterating positioning, offerings, and business models as we scale.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to accelerate market penetration.
Leverage data-driven insights to monitor and analyze sales performance, optimizing strategies for continuous improvement.
Adopt and implement innovative sales tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing, internationally distributed sales team, fostering an inclusive and results-driven culture.
Recruit and build sales teams in new geographical markets, ensuring we have the right capabilities for local success.
Who You Are:
An experienced sales leader with a proven track record of entering new geographical markets and scaling sales in international environments.
A commercial strategist with deep experience in bringing innovative products or market segments to commercialization, navigating unexplored territory with a structured approach.
A hands-on leader who enjoys building teams from the ground up, with experience in hiring and scaling international sales teams.
A strategic thinker with strong execution skills, comfortable in both high-level strategy and operational sales execution.
Experienced in performance marketing and digital sales strategies, ensuring campaigns effectively support lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Skilled in social selling and digital sales tools, particularly leveraging LinkedIn and other platforms to drive engagement and relationship-building.
A relationship-builder with a strong ability to forge long-term partnerships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Fluent in English, Swedish and additional languages considered a plus.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
📍 Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
