👩💻 About The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Business Development to join our Commercial team. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, energy markets, and commercial strategy. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our current, and developing new, offerings. If you're passionate about growth, energy markets, getting deep into technology, developing new innovative products, and building and executing on go-to-market strategies, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy across our products and markets
- Identify, develop and commercialize new business opportunities, both within and adjacent to our core
- Monitor market dynamics, regulatory trends, and competitor activities to inform business strategy and capture emerging opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer feedback and market needs with development priorities.
- Drive the sales and partnership pipeline, from identification, to prospecting, to closing
- Drive contract negotiation, deal structuring and partner onboarding
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across the energy ecosystem
- Represent the company at industry conferences, panels, and events
Who You Are:
- A seasoned business development or commercial leader with 10+ years of experience in BESS, PPAs, power markets, and/or energy markets
- Proven track record of closing complex deals
- Highly analytical and curious
- Strong existing industry network
- Highly strategic thinker who can craft compelling narratives while also executing tactically in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communicator and relationship builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience working in a startup is a strong plus.
📍 Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
