👩💻 About The Role
As Flower’s portfolio of agreements grows across Sweden and Europe, we need to ensure the successful delivery and holistic monitoring of our portfolio of contracts. You will be the primary commercial counterpart to our customers for the life of each agreement - making sure we deliver on what we promised, that issues are surfaced early and resolved across the right parts of the organization, and that every future contract we sign is sharper because of what we’ve learned from the ones already running. This is a role for someone who treats a signed contract as the start of the work, not the end.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the senior commercial point of contact for Flower’s customer portfolio building trusted relationships and understanding each customer’s commercial drivers and technical setup well enough to anticipate issues before they escalate
Own delivery against every active commercial agreement: maintain a clear, living view of obligations, milestones, guarantees and reporting commitments, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Act as the routing layer for customer issues large and small, know the organization well enough to bring the right combination of internal expertise, and drive issues to resolution rather than hand them off
Systematically capture what in current agreements has room for improvement and feed those insights to relevant stakeholders, so future contracts are stronger and building real institutional memory
Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing accounts, additional assets, new services, renewals and renegotiations - in partnership with sales
Develop the customer delivery team, setting the standard for proactivity, ownership and commercial judgement, and building the operating cadence the function needs to scale
Give the CCO and leadership team a clear, regular read on portfolio health, contract risks, customer sentiment and revenue at risk or in pipeline from existing accounts
Who You Are
5+ years of experience in commercial, account management or customer success roles in energy, ideally BESS, renewable optimization, power trading, PPAs or utility-scale renewables
A track record of owning complex, multi-year B2B contracts where technical performance and commercial outcomes are tightly linked
Commercially sharp, comfortable reading a contract, understanding pricing structures and spotting where risk and value live
Genuinely proactive: the kind of person who notices a small signal and chases it down before it becomes a problem, with a strong sense of ownership that contracts get delivered because you made sure they did
A strong cross-functional operator who can move across an organization
A clear, direct communicator
📍 Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
