👩💻 About The Role:
The Control Center Specialist is an important new role, tasked with establishing, leading, and maturing the 24/7/365 operational framework for a portfolio of energy assets as we are growing in the Swedish and European market.
Initially this role will focus on to implement, and optimize the real-time operational processes, technical systems, and team competence required to ensure the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and market performance as the company scales its assets and market participation.
What You’ll Do:
- Build our First line support to handle incidents and issues related to Energy Assets
- Monitor performance and operations over the Flower portfolio and support Partners in handling their Assets
- Integrate new and existing assets to our monitoring platform
- Do system analyses on performance and functionality to increase availability and lifetime of assets
- Support service providers with proactive and corrective maintenance
- Plan and preform switching activities for high voltage systems according to standards
- Follow up on work that is being performed and schedule future activities together with Asset management and Asset Optimizations teams.
- Lead and train our Control Center team
- Manage our supplier used for 24/7 365. Coverage.
Who You Are:
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Swedish.
- Degree in Engineering or other technical background
- Have 3-5 years of experience in Energy Management, preferably in renewables
- Experience with SCADA/EMS systems and platforms, Data collection.
- Used to working in medium and high-voltage operational environments.
- Understand different kind power systems, frequency control, and grid security standards
- Familiar with laws and regulations related to Electrical work.
(ESA and EN 50110-1) understanding procedures and system of work in electrical facilities - High safety mindset and a role model in ensuring high safety standards
- Like and thrive to work in a fast-moving business within renewable energy contributing to the green transition
📍 Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
